Shipping Time

Delivery Phases

  • Processing Time: This phase involves activities like order verification, assembly, and other pre-shipment steps. The duration can vary based on your location and our efficiency.
  • Shipping Time: This starts after processing and is influenced by the selected shipping method and your destination.

Please be aware that our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.

Deliveries may take longer during busy seasons and promotional events.

We collaborate with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The overall estimated time for delivery is a combination of both the processing and shipping periods.

We process orders Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, on Eastern Standard Time.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95
  • Orders Over $99: Free Shipping

Tracking Your Package

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number once your order ships.
  • Check tracking status directly on our website.
  • Some carriers take 5-7 business days to update tracking info. Contact [email protected] if no updates after 10 business days.

Shipping Delays

  • If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund.
  • Please reach out if any unexpected delays occur so we can assist. We aim to respond within 12 hours.

Undelivered Packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, first thoroughly check the delivery location.
  • Then, contact the shipping carrier about the issue.
  • If the problem persists, email [email protected]

Incorrect Addresses

  • We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
  • Please double check your shipping details at checkout and notify [email protected] immediately about any errors.

Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or fees levied by the destination country.
  • Encavy is not liable for customs fees if: 1) Package is rejected by recipient, 2) Delivery fails after multiple attempts.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without a guaranteed refund.
